Fold N Flip Card

I just made up that name because I'm not sure what it is called.  I saw one that a member made in a Facebook group I'm in but she used a die for the round part in the middle (the flip part).  I just made up my own pattern and I'm quite impressed with myself!  I'll have to work on matching up the fronts and backs pieces.
