... and I'm making cards! But I'm using scraps...so that counts.
Here are a few. I'm late getting started because it took me 2 hours to clean and rearrange my room. It was a mess. Two months of opening the door, tossing stuff in, and shutting the door makes for an ugly mess!
I rearranged the room a little because every time I swirled my chair, I knocked off one of my paper bins. And I didn't want to have to reorganize all those papers again!
I'll do a new post for each set if they go with a challenge.
This first one is for the OperationWriteHome challenge by Handmade by Paula - use a sketch to make a kids card.
Enjoy your day and let your creativity bring joy to someone. Susan

Both cards are so cute. Some little person is going to love that bear card. I really like those clear dots added to the heart card. There's Paula's "Rule of 3". TFS!
ReplyDeleteTwo nice kid's cards and the second card could really be used for so many occasions and for quite a few different recipients too... which of course makes it perfect for OWH purposes. I like that 'ribbon' background paper a lot. It made me take a second, close look, for a minutes I thought it was actual ribbon. :) Thanks for joining in on my challenge for the VCMP today.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Susan, for joining in on OWH's VCMP today. I think using scraps "qualifies" for making cards on Nat'l Scrapbooking Day - lol! Your cards will surely bless our heroes and their families. The colors and the textures are great. Thank you for supporting OWH! Blessings to you too! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job making versatile cards! The soft colors are so pretty!
